The pasta is being delivered....come join us

Dear Educator,

Thank you for your commitment to participate in the 2013 Pasta Engineering Contest.
This engineering challenge is designed to increase high school students' awareness about design, fabrication and careers in engineering. The purpose is to have the students work together to determine the best strategy using the provided materials to design and construct the strongest bridge.
The competition and award presentation will take place on Monday, March 4th, 2013 at 6:00 pm. At Saint Vincent College's Events and Conference Center at the Fred Rogers Center. Students and their parents are invited to join us for the judging of the bridges. 
Teachers will be notified regarding the drop off procedures for the completed bridges. The bridges will be weighed upon delivery. 
Engineering professionals from Gibson-Thomas Engineering and Michael Baker Corporation along with a representative from Saint Vincent College will serve as judges.

Monday, December 24 - CLOSED
Tuesday, December 25 - CLOSED
Wednesday, December 26 - Open at 4:30pm

 

Monday, December 31 - Open - Reservations suggested at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30. Doors closing at 8:00pm so that our employees can celebrate with their families.
Tuesday, January 1 - CLOSED
Wednesday, January 2 - CLOSED
Thursday, January 3 - Open at 4:30pm

We are deeply saddened

The Carbone Family and Staff are deeply saddened by the loss of Katherine "Kay" Rickard. During her nearly 60 years as a waitress for Carbone's, Kay touched the hearts of many families, as she watched the families grow. Please feel free to share some of your many fond memories of Kay. She will be missed!
